Kayaker are recommender to arrive at 8:30am at the Portsmouth Ohio Court Street Landing. They will float or paddle down the Ohio River 7 miles to the West Portsmouth Marina. Slow Drip Coffee and Sunshing catering will offer breakfast items and coffee.
